Venue
The EUREP programme will be organised in the Clarion Congress Hotel in Prague, Czech Republic.
Accommodation
Accommodation at the Clarion Congress Hotel is free for all participants based on two participants sharing a room. In case a participant prefers to stay in a single room there is a surcharge of € 25 per night.
Travel
Arrival: Thursday evening, 4 September 2008
Departure: Wednesday afternoon, 10 September 2008
The following travel expenses will be reimbursed:
- Airplane ticket - economy class
- Second class train ticket
- Petrol tickets. In case the participant lives within a range of 500 kilometres from Prague, travelling by car is highly recommended.
Participants are expected to arrange their travel itinerary as economically as possible.
Registration
All registrations must be made through the online registration system. No registration will be accepted unless accompanied by a letter from the head of department indicating the participant’s year of training. This letter should be made according to our format which you can download here.
There will be a quota from each country which will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, but emphasis will be placed on a equitable geographical distribution of participants within each country. Priority is given to residents that are finalising their urological training. The remaining slots not filled by European residents will be offered to non-European applicants.

Online registration is available as of 5th January 2008
Deadline: 1 June, 2008
Selected participants will receive information on accommodation, travel,EBU examination and the final programme (including hands-on-training) two weeks after the registration deadline.
Cancellations should be done in writing addressed to the congress secretariat on or before 1 August. After this date, an amount of 500 Euros will be charged to your credit card.
EBU Board Examinations in Urology
The EBU will organise the EBU written examination following the EUREP course in Prague.
The examination will take place on Wednesday, 10 September 2008 from 13:30 – 15:30. It is offered in the English language only. More information can be found at the EBU website.
Only participants in the EUREP programme can register for the FEBU written examination scheduled for 10 September 2008. Participation is allowed for candidates meeting the eligibility criteria. The FEBU written examination is a multiple choice question (MCQ) examination, covering the whole field of urology, including related basic science. This examination is to be considered a general test of knowlegde and is not based on the content of the EUREP course.
