Venue

The EUREP programme will be organised in Prague, Czech Republic. The venue for both the scientific programme and social activities is the TOP Hotel .

Accommodation
Accommodation at the TOP Hotel is free for all participants based on two participants sharing a room. In case a participant prefers to stay in a single room there is a surcharge of € 25 per night.

Travel
Arrival: Thursday evening, 6 September 2007
Departure: Wednesday afternoon, 12 September 2007

The following travel expenses will be reimbursed:

  • Airplane ticket - economy class
  • Second class train ticket
  • Petrol tickets. In case the participant lives within a range of 500 kilometres from Prague, travelling by car is highly recommended.

Participants are expected to arrange their travel itinerary as economically as possible.

Registration

There will be a quota from each country which will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis, but emphasis will be placed on a equitable geographical distribution of participants within each country. Priority is given to residents that are finalising their urological training. The remaining slots not filled by European residents will be offered to non-European applicants.

Selected participants will receive information on accomodation travel. EBU examination and final programme  (including hands-on-traning) two weeks after the registration deadline.

Cancellations should be done in writing addressed to the congress secretariat on or before August 1st. After this date, an amount of 500 Euros will be charged to your credit card.

When registering, you must include your proof of status as a urological resident in your final year of training. 

EBU board examinations in urology

This year, the EBU will again organise the EBU written examination - Part I - following the EUREP course in Prague.

The examination will take place on Wednesday, 12 September 2007
from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm.
It is offered in the English language only. More information can be found at the EBU website.

Selection to sit the FEBU written examination in November does not guarantee participation in the EUREP programme. There is no direct relation between the content of the EUREP programme and the FEBU written examination.
