ESU Organised Courses

At the request of - and in close cooperation with - national societies, the ESU organises and finances ESU Organised Courses.

Course programmes are customised to the wishes of local organisers as much as possible, from topic, format, to date and place. After a request is made, the ESU consults an appointed chairman for the specific course. Usually, the chairman and all speakers are recruited from within the ESU faculty. Duration of courses varies from two hours to up to two days. ESU Organised meetings that take place simultaneously with individual national congresses are highly popular, which is why the ESU has started to organise courses at all major national congresses.

How to apply for an ESU Organised course
Contact the ESU Office for an application form or print the attached application form. (pdf file)

Complete the application form and send it to the ESU Office, preferably stating one or more topics of your choice. Your request will be assessed by the ESU; a chairman will be appointed for your course, after which a course programme will be defined in close consultation with you, incorporating your wishes as much as possible.

Please take into consideration that for organizational reasons applications need to be submitted at least one year in advance
