
EBU Examinations in Urology
The Examination Committee of the EBU organises the European Board Examinations in Urology. On passing these exams, you are entitled to carry the title 'Fellow of the European Board of Urology (FEBU)'. The FEBU title is recognized as
Eligibility criteria EBU Exam I
- Residents on a European recognized training program in the final year of training;
- European certified urologists on the specialist register list of their country;
- Non-European urologists, certified as a specialist urologist by the national authority in their country of origin.
All applications are reviewed by the Examination Committee. In case of any discrepancies with the general criteria as listed above, the EBU Examination Committee may alter from the general criteria for eligibility. A Credential Committee has been established for this purpose.
Registration Fee
The fee for this written examination is EUR 250. The fee excludes travel and lodging expenses of the candidates.
An application form will be provided to selected participants of the EUREP course.
Dutch candidates can register and pay through their national society; the Dutch Urological Association recognises the results. Participants from Poland, Hungary and Austria can participate at their own expenses; the respective urological associations do not recognize the results.
Participants from Switzerland can participate at their own expenses; their results are officially recognized by the Swiss Urological Association.
