Taking the Congress Home

At the EAU, we are always looking for better ways to reach and engage our members. An important step in this direction will take place at the upcoming Annual EAU Congress in Paris. A new website, the EAU Resource Centre, will be a central part of the EAU’s content delivery. Presentations, abstracts and posters will be available online for viewing at your own convenience. In this newsletter, our Executive Member for Communications Manfred Wirth outlines what you can expect from it.

Meetings and congresses are also about cutting-edge science, and the dynamism of debates. The European Urology Forum in Davos gives participants a good opportunity to prepare for the Annual Congress in February. Other articles in this newsletter will hopefully also whet your appetite.

I’d like to wish you all the best for 2012, and hope to see you in Paris!

P-A. Abrahamsson
EAU Secretary General
