General Assembly

The General Assembly is the highest organ of the EAU. The General Assembly has the power to pass all resolutions expedient for the pursuit of the aims of the association unless the resolution is part of the responsibilities of the Executive Committee according to the EAU statutes and bylaws.
The General Assembly is the decision-making organ on resolutions on amendments concerning statutes, bylaws, the election of members of the Executive Committee or the Board, the rejection of applications and the cessation of memberships, the fixing of membership fees, the approval of the annual report, the dissolving or the alteration of the legal entity of the EAU.
