Strategy Planning Office (SPO)

Mission
The Strategy Planning Office is responsible for the formulation of new strategies to improve and strengthen the EAU. Its aims and objectives are:

• Assisting in delivering short, medium and long-term planning for the EAU;
• Liaising with other EAU offices in order to coordinate effort and avoid duplication of work;
• Promote urology as a medical specialty;
• Establish EAU relationships with other organisations

Activities
The SPO keeps track of all clinical and scientific factors that affect the present and future position of the specialty of urology and of the urological professional. The SPO has also published The Future of Urology
