
European Society of Female Urology (ESFU)
Mission
The European Society of Female Urology (ESFU) aims to provide state-of-the-art standards for diagnostics and treatment of functional urological problems with an emphasis on female urology.
Activities
- Encouraging new developments in this field including assessment and management of a range of pathologies including, amongst others, overactive bladder syndrome, stress urinary incontinence, dysfunctional voiding and bladder emptying problems;
- Cooperating with the European Society of Neuro-Urology (ESNU) and the European Society of Genito-Urinary Surgeons (ESGURS) as well as collaboration with other groups working in this field such as the International Continence Society (ICS) and uro-gynaecology organisations
