Submit your photo (passport format) to the EAU to receive your personalised
EAU ID Card.

The EAU has streamlined the registration system and is pleased to introduce the
EAU ID Card - your entrance badge to all EAU Congresses and Meetings. Besides ensuring quick collection of your registration documents at EAU Congresses and Meetings, the other benefits include:

• Quick on-site registration
• Efficient and quick collection of entitlements onsite – no more vouchers
• Automatic registration of EU-ACME credit points
• Easy access to ESU Courses during the EAU Annual Congress
• Easy printing of certificates of attendance for Congresses and Courses

Please note that the EAU ID Card will replace the paper congress badge.

How to submit your photo (passport format) to the EAU?

For EAU Members and non-EAU Members
Please sign in at https://www.uroweb.org/my-eau-login/ and upload your photo. The EAU ID Card will be sent to you by post. Photos can also be uploaded through the online registration system. So, the next time you register for an upcoming meeting, please do not forget to submit your photo (passport format)! 

Photo requirements
EAU ID Cards can only be printed if the photo (passport format) meets the following criteria:

• In colour
• Natural pose
• Head in centre of photo
• Sharp photograph
• No copy
• Format passport photo: 35 x 45 (width x height)
• Minimal 400 dpi resolution
