The EAU counts over 16,000 members. It is the aim of the EAU to represent European urologists and to play a coordinating role in all European urological activities.

Please note that as of coming January 2013, the European Association of Urology will be invoicing their membership dues on an annual basis (January 1st through December 31st).

European Urology

As you know ‘EAU goes green’: a trend which we have been following for several years now. A development accompanied by the introduction of state of the art mobile apps and interactive features allowing you to have European Urology at your fingertips 24 hours a day. The official app (available as of January 2014) of European Urology brings you the convenience of reading the latest clinical guidance, research and educational content in the specialty. All with just a tap! Besides browsing and reading each issue, the app allows you to sign up for automatic notifications, play in-article videos, save articles on your device to read offline, bookmark articles and take notes, e-mail images and provides the option to post useful articles to different social media.
Not only speed and logistical convenience are built-in benefits in these schemes, but they greatly reduce costs and the dependency on products and materials that degrade the environment. In that framework - as of 1 January 2014 - the hard copy our platinum journal European Urology will no longer provided to our members per default as was agreed during the General Assembly in Milan this year.
Of course we do hope that you agree with our new ‘green’ policy but in case you do wish to keep the hard copy version of European Urology we can still provide this for an additional fee (which is 100 Euro per year). If you do want to keep the hard copy version please inform our membership department membership(at)

All other membership benefits of your EAU membership will remain the same of course!
